A dedicated angler from the start, Tom knew early on that he wanted to turn his love for fishing into a lifelong career. After mastering the rivers of his home county, Tom took his skills overseas to the tropical saltwater of East Africa, working at a renowned fishing lodge in Manda Bay, Kenya. There, he expanded his horizons and developed a deep appreciation for saltwater fly fishing. Now part of the TwinPeakes team, Tom can be found on the beat at Crathes Castle as one of our resident ghillies or guiding for salmon and trout across Aberdeenshire. With a calm, friendly manner and a deep understanding of the water, Tom thrives when sharing his knowledge and helping guests get the most out of their time on the river. Tom is also passionate about expanding TwinPeakes’ saltwater fishing offerings and brings a wealth of experience to this evolving part of the business.
